30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note: Due to the vintage, handmade, and natural materials of our products (such as bone, stone, and hand-painted Thangkas), natural variations in texture and color are inherent and are not considered defects.
