Order Processing & Production Time
All orders require a processing and production time of 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are dispatched. This time allows our team and artisans to carefully prepare, inspect, and securely package your sacred items. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 10 to 15 business days.
Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to international customs processing, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kailash Radiance is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
